In honor of Women’s History Month this month, we featured a few of our inspiring woman clients on our social media! It is such an honor to recognize all of our clients, the ways they inspire us, and how they go above and beyond. MARY JO TIMLIN-HOAG
About: Mary Jo is the First Female Chief Executive Officer of the Central Association of the Miraculous Medal, where she provides vision, strategic leadership, operational management, fundraising and growth for this mission focused organization. "Stepping into a 104-year-old religious institution as its first female CEO was challenging... As a female leader, I needed to show transformational leadership by demonstrating strength and sensitivity. I set high expectations while personally helping the team members see how we could make changes while still honoring the mission."
Celebrating Strong Women In Her Own Words: “Strong women supporting other strong women leads to success for all women. There are many reasons why women’s ideas and opinions aren’t heard as much as they should be. Some of that has to do with our self-confidence. As women, we tend to downplay our successes or brush them off. Some of it has to do with not having a circle of friends that celebrate your greatness. We can help each other by supporting other women and championing their efforts and abilities. Become a mentor for women, start or join a women’s focus group. If someone has done a fantastic job, tell them. And make sure you tell them in front of other people.”

JUDITH OTTER
About: Judith is the President of the Robert Irvine Foundation. Her role requires her to work closely with Chef Robert Irvine and the entire team and oversee the organization's day-to-day operations, short and long-term planning strategies, and sustainability--everything from financials, working with the board, development and fundraising, programs and services, events, and outreach - ultimately helping to grow, scale, and sustain the Robert Irvine Foundation to better support those we serve and ensure that RIF will continue to provide support for years to come! For the past 10 years, Judith has worked with military-focused nonprofits and early on in her career, she worked in finance on Wall Street. Both of these fields tend to be male-dominated.
Celebrating Strong Women In Her Own Words: “It is very important for women to celebrate and support one another. I have a daughter and I have been fortunate enough to manage and mentor many young women throughout my career. When we celebrate and vocalize the work of other women, we are also indirectly creating space and room for women to grow within their professional fields”

GRETCHEN MCHALE
About: Gretchen is the Director of Sales for Special Events for Live Nation Philadelphia. She handles all private, corporate, and charitable events for The Met, The Fillmore, Punch Line, Theatre of Living Arts, Tower Theater, BB&T Pavilion, The Pavilion at Montage Mountain, and The Pavilion at Star Lake. She has been with the company since 2015 when The Fillmore was under construction! "I've learned that I can be much more successful when I'm allowed to express my creativity and passions.I spent the first half of my career in the hospitality industry working more conservative traditionally corporate roles. I'm proud I was able to forge a path to merge my love of sales and my love of music together." Gretchen is proud to work for a company with a large number of women in senior leadership and enjoys encouraging other women to embrace their inner rockstars and know that they can do anything they set their minds to!

MELISSA QUINONES
About: Melissa is the Public Relations Director at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, where she oversees all external communications of the hotel -- this includes social media, press, and advertising. As a new mom, she is consistently inspired by her daughter's ability to be persistent, learn new skills and master them. Her daughter's progress serves as a reminder to keep pushing to get to the next stage in my own life. "As a Latina, I am proud to provide representation through the channels we touch. It is imperative for me to reflect a culture of inclusion, diversity and belonging in all of our external communications."
